Payroll tells you exactly how much you will pay each crew based on the dailies added by the supervisor. Fiberflow also displays detailed information on the Payroll screen, including: total invoice amount, amount to be paid to the crew, retainage deduction, factoring, and any additional expenses such as hotel and fuel, if applicable. You can manage deductions, fees, and withholdings all in one place.

Project screen, you define according to the contract the values for Retainage, Factoring, and each code as specified by the contractor. Register the code, description, and amounts, as these will be reflected in your Invoice and Payroll. When the client withholds part of the invoice (Retainage) as a guarantee, FiberFlow calculates and displays the amount retained per crew.

Daily is the record of everything that was produced, by whom, and when it is the responsibility of the company’s supervisor profile to add them. In the Daily, you can track each crew’s productivity, every day, in real time. No guesswork. No delays. Everything is recorded with precision for example: number of feet drilled, photos, drills used, check-in and check-out dates for each crew.

On the Group screen, you register all the necessary information to link the crew to the project, since generating a Payroll requires specifying which crew worked on the project for which you will generate the invoice.
